Recruiters sought for growing HR Consulting practice

This role involves travel to clients in the Boston area and is based in Wellesley.

 What You'll Do:

  • Working as part of a service delivery team that includes HR Consulting and HR administrative support,  you will provide recruiting services to our clients. You will participate in client intake meetings, suggest recruiting strategies, source, screen and communication actively with clients throughout the process.  Most clients will be small businesses without a mature hiring process.
  • Source candidates by searching internal and external sources
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to the position requirements
  • Coordinate background investigations and conduct reference checks
  • Initiate and maintain a network of external and internal contacts to help identify and source qualified personnel targeted for employment
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with the candidates during the recruitment process. Schedule and provide logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring manager
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned per the needs of the customer/client


Job Requirements:

  • Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified candidates that meet our client needs
  • Must be results-oriented; customer-service focused and possess strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multiple clients simultaneously and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Be energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in engaging with clients in a highly professional and service oriented manner. Serve as an effective ambassador of Insource at client sites
  • Demonstrated professional judgment skills and positive interactive style
